Turned out to be that I had story height &lt;BR /&gt;
set to around one foot.&lt;BR /&gt;

      <description>Probably a Model View Option setting: Document&amp;gt; Set Model View&amp;gt; Model View Options... Check your Door Settings (and probably your Window Settings while you're there).&lt;BR /&gt;

Thanks for the advice, but nothing i do seems to work.  Where can i find the correct settings, or reset to the default settings?</description>

      <description>It may have something to do with your floor plan cut plane. Check the height of it, make sure it is around a meter or 3-4 feet. And check that the doors Floor Plan Display are set to Symbolic.&lt;BR /&gt;
