The shadow looks like a gradient fill. should be able to make that right in the floor plan window.

<T>Is it possible to arrange floor plans as this picture shows.
I think it would be possible with 3D documentation but I dont know why...</T>

I'm not sure what you mean by "arrange". It is possible to use the 3D document to produce drawings like that. As I recall I haven't used shadows in them myself so check to make sure this is possible.

the idea is to copy the shadows from your 3d view and paste them into the floor plan where you can change the shadows fill to a to a gradient fill.

You will need to view the plan in 3D using the Internal Engine. Adjust the Sun Azimuth and Sun Altitude and the surround the area with the Marquee tool and Copy. A menu will pop up so you can copy the shadows only if you like. Paste the shadows into the floor plan. they come in as a fill that you can edit.

You can make the shadows live and it was discussed here

Ok It needs some skill and time. It would be ok just for final plan presentaiton with the client.
