    <description>1.click on the dimension you want to copy&lt;BR /&gt;
2. on the info box click on the static dimension box&lt;BR /&gt;
3.copy the now static dimension line&lt;BR /&gt;
3.go to the story you want to copy the dimension&lt;BR /&gt;
4.paste the dimension on the original location.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
Be aware the dimension will be static- it will not update when the objects they are dimensioning change place or size</description>

We have one issue, is it possible to copy the measurements to the floor to floor. can you please tell us, Is there any Hot key?If will you give the solution for us we are reducing the time and getting more projects.&lt;/T&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

You can only do this if you are copying the elements that the dimensions (measurements) are attached to as well. This is because dimensions are associative meaning they adjust when the elements they are attached to are moved.&lt;BR /&gt;

      <description>Not sure why you are trying to copy dimensions but unlike in AutoCAD the dimensions in ArchiCAD are always linked to their parent objects. &lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
You can use Trace reference to refer your dimensions on the floor plans in different stories. Although this feature will be available only from AC11.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
Add your AC version and Library in your signature that will help us while answering.</description>
