ArchiCAD home story problem

Hi!
yesterday I found this not working as it was in previous versions.
In my project there are three stories (ground floor, 1st floor and roof). Roof story is elevated for 125 cm above 1st floor.
I modeled roof on 1st floor and that is why it's home story was first floor. After I was finished I decided to change roof's home story to 2nd story/roof, but what I got was change of its home story and elevation of it for 125cm.
Why is this so?
Changing home story in previous version did not elevated elements.

While GS "fixes" this "feature" you need to use the "Relink Home Story" command.
