Custom Keynote and Schedule

<R>I have been trying to create a key note schedule within IS (no object description strictly text and text values, ) and so far it does not seem possible with the outcome that I would like. Its simple with objects, doors, windows etc. but does not seem to be possible having a symbol referencing to just text impute.

Here is what I normally do with a key note symbol and schedule on floor plans, elevations etc: I place a keynote symbol made from a <S></S>"independent label /label door-marker 10"<E></E>(with or without an arrow, assign it a number in label settings and then eventually go to the keynote schedule and list a description/s for that or all the placed keynote symbols that I have placed. It can be exausting on the brain. What i would like to do is place a key note symbol, assign it a number in label settings and also list a description in the label settings. Then it automatically shows up on a schedule with out any other input other then through the label settings or IS schedule.

Any help would be appreciated.

It would be possible if only you could schedule elements in Sections or Details.

I've been wanting the same thing. What we now do is to use labels for the number and writing the same number with desired description in the project notes. This enables us to do it progressively and the notes don't get lost or, with some care, aren't duplicated. We then cut and paste the notes from the project note window onto the drawing. Some formatting is required because the project note window does not have tabs.

I guess one could set up a notes window and go to it via navigator. We'll try it.
