Same result for me (16 INT, OS X 10.6.8 ). My own roof accessories too, are broken (fill orientation).
A temporary workaround. In 2D Script, neutralize line 46.

!beta=0

Fill orientation will refer to the calculations of beta (pivot line direction) in the Master Script.
On other hand, now, acurate location for fill origin is hard to control. No time to check further.
It seems that the behaviour of poly2_b{2} command with roof accessories is broken.
This is strange, because this part of 2D Script (beta=0) is unchanged since ages and worked nicely.
Waiting for GS fix.

Hardly the "skylight & roof accessory" bug fixed in 16 (but not in 15), here is a new one.
A bit disappointing.

Great thought, Scott... the 15 acc'y library loads ... but the result is the same. So, somehow the display is controlled by the add-on. Mystery.
