wall story settings - V. 17

I am doing a kind of split level plan and every time I try to lower the plate of the lower level it appears on the lower story and no longer on the original story.

I want the wall with a sill plate that is -1'0" from the home story to still stay on the home story and I can't figure out the setting. This seemed automatic in older versions.

Actually is wait for the Hotfix, in the meanwhile you need to use Relink to Home Story.
