why guidelines don't work when construction snap is active?

Hi everyone all of us know the importance of grid snap and constructon snap is to establish drawing with accurate predefined outputs in length or width but when this is activated i do not see the guideline is working why i also need guide line in orthognal (perpendicular) lines 90 degree so what shall i do to make grid snap and guide lines working together ?

I have been pleased to find that all the snaps and guidelines are working in 15 when the grid snap is on (which was not true before as I recall). What exactly isn't working?

That makes sense because you are snapping to the grids.
Toggle the grid snap off if you want a random point (guide lines will work while the grid snap is off).
