Since the entire window is one color (one pen?), then you can try in the library part's dialog box Floor Plan and Section &amp;gt; Symbol &amp;amp; Outline &amp;gt; Enable Object's Pens for control over individual pen selections.&lt;BR /&gt;

      <description>&lt;DIV class="actalk-migrated-content"&gt;&lt;T&gt;Why does wall fill change at window like shown?  This is a composite wall with core fill pen #2, but fill changes to pen#3 at window.  Version is AC12, but window is from AC10 library (because AC12 windows are too screwed up to deal with!)  Bug?&lt;/T&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;IMG src="http://community.graphisoft.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/72040iB12BD98F5FC58939/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" border="0" alt="fill at window.png" title="fill at window.png" /&gt;</description>

Since your working in 12 which as you know has "partial structural display"&lt;BR /&gt;
maybe it has something to do with that, since ac10 windows were not designed to work with partial structural display and it's trying to figure out window opening?&lt;BR /&gt;
