Hi

Can anyone suggest how I can get rid of the bit of window that sticks out at the bottom?

Tried SEO and that doesn't work

that doesn't work. you can't select the window as a target for SEO

Don't use windows. Prefer the object Curtain Wall

You'll need to use the Trim to Roof command.
