Welcome, but please keep each thread in the forums to a single topic...and edit your signature in your profile (text link 'Profile' near top right of page) to include your version of ArchiCAD (number - and if full, Start, edu, etc), and your OS/computer specs.&lt;BR /&gt;

Your questions are both answered by working through the downloadable tutorials - which you really must do before attempting to do anything.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
Sheet borders go on master layout sheets and appear on layouts that have been assigned that master... it is just like PowerPoint masters.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
For cmu with brick veneer, look up 'composite walls'.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
Please do take a day or two to work through all of the available free training materials.&lt;BR /&gt;
