<R>Hi.

How can I create a wall with this shape (see image below) that has a wall height that evenly increases from start until end?

I have managed to do a simple case by simply creating a wall from polylines and convert it into a morph thereafter stretching the top end wall line downwards. This doesn't work though when the wall has a more complex polylines (more aggressive curves) e.g it has a lot of nodes hence it doesn't work to lower the whole wall after morphing it.

Create a curved wall with the wall tool,
Morph the wall,
Split it in two equal pieces,
Use the pet palette to offset edges up or down to suit.

That's what I have tried but I can only create the desired shape by magic wand. The thickness of the wall is also inhomogenous and one end of the wall is not a straight line, it is pointy. Hence I cannot even pull down that line with offset.
1. Start with the fill in floor plan of the wall shape

Using Connect SEOs subtract with upwards the Mesh/Roof.

In this case since I used a roof I used Connect "trim elements to roof/shell"

okay so this is still not what I'm looking for. If you check the alternative where you have trimmed to roof - I want it like that but the wall should start to increase from start and the top of the wall should be flat.

Just try it out.

OR:
Use the built in features of the Morph tool, offset does a fine job.
Note the top of wall remains flat.
When working with a curved wall, no matter if from curved wall tool
or if from polygonal wall - you must split the wall.
The offset edge command uses the center of the circle to "tilt". So
if your wall is over 180 degrees, the bottom will begin to go back up...

The advantage of this method is that the wall has a continuous slope
from top to bottom, along the length of the wall itself. Looks like the
top of wall is a spiral instead of a trimmed plane.

okay thanks for all feedback. Good to know about the 180 degrees. It also didn't work as the starting edge only had 1 node e.g a tail.
