Wireframe vs Shading

Somehow even though I set the file to Shading, save the file, close, (or completely close and restart AC). When I reopen the file it's back to wireframe!
Has happened to other files occasionally but not as often as this one.
Likely causes??

Is this a generic perspective/axo or is it a saved view?

It's generic I believe, but I'll take another look latter on (off to a job site right now) to see if I can define when it happens, and when it doesn't and post back.

You may want to check the layers of those elements are not set to wireframe mode.
