topic Weird 3D window issue in Modeling

<T>The attached screenshot shows that my glass balustrade with transparency enabled is for some reason 'blocking' the texture on my 'water' (just a slab object with water texture). This doesn't affect any documentation but it is a little annoying. Anyone know a quick fix?</T>

what happens if you adjust the view just slightly? Did you try to regenerate?

As I rotate the view around the glass always is blocking only the portion of the texture it is in front of so it is not a regeneration issue. The only way I can fix the issue is to change the dsiplay of the layer the balustrading is on to wire frame.

The Glass Ballustrade gives you some headache I see....

As I glimpse, it seems to me that you have made the <S></S>water<E></E> in your pool from <S></S>Thin slabs<E></E> with the <S></S> image of the bottom of a pool<E></E> as material? Am I right?

I would have tried to change the upper slab (in the water of the pool) to plain <S></S>water<E></E> (or <S></S>glass)<E></E> and see what happens.

Best whishes!
