    <description>You can influence it if you change the default settings of your slab tool and wall tool.&lt;BR /&gt;
The "Height to Next" is actually your default slab thickness added to your default wall height.&lt;BR /&gt;
So if you change either or both of those to add together to be the height you want then all will be fine.&lt;BR /&gt;
Trouble is it is just as quick to add a floor an adjust the height as it is to check the defaults and adjust those just so you get the right floor levels.&lt;BR /&gt;

      <description>&lt;DIV class="actalk-migrated-content"&gt;&lt;T&gt;Is there a way to change the default value for the Height to next story in the Story Settings dialog? Australian default set to 2900mm which is really only suitable for carparks.&lt;BR /&gt;

      <description>You should create a Template file.&lt;BR /&gt;
Set the values to your preferences and save it as a Template file.</description>
