topic Morph Tool Help in Modeling

<R>Hi guys, I've just started using the morph tool and I have done some tutorial on it. When using it I seem to have a problem where if I move a node in one corner of a morph object, it seems to create a diagonal line down the face of the shape. However I do not want to create this diagonal line, instead I want to move the whole entire edge along with the node. So how can I do that?

Additionally how do I get rid of this blue "stuff" when ever I'm trying to edit something in 3D view?

Like in this picture the blue "stuff" is blocking the background so I cannot see what is going behind it and makes it really hard to edit in 3D view.

And one more thing is when I am trying to curve the edge of an object, how can I make it so that the "biggest" circumference of the curve isn't always at the centre? The image I provided below shows how balanced the curves are. I want to however make it so that there is more curve than the bottom half so that it is not fully symmetrical.

</R>

When you select the edge to edit and then click on the node or edge to start dragging it you should see the pet palette.
Make sure you use the 'drag' tool (bottom left) instead of the 'move node' or 'add node' (top left).

This will be your editing plane (which can be helpful if left on).
You can turn it off (in the View menu > Editing Plane Display) or you can make it transparent - View menu > Grid Editing Plane Options > Grids & Backgrounds.
As for the curve it will always be 'balanced' between the to end node of the edge you are editing.
What you want will not be a true curve - more of an elipse maybe?

Try this - view the morph in elevation - create a temporary one if you need to.
Draw in the curve you want and then select the morph (still in the elevation) and add nodes to shape the edge to suit the curve you want.

This of course will only edit one edge - not the entire front face.
Repeat the adding nodes on the other edge once you can see it.

Or you could make a new morph in the elevation that is the curved shape you want.
Expand the depth of it in 3D and make sure it intersects with you other morph.
Then do a morph subtraction.
