      <title>Detail Tool Plan Marker</title>

      <description>&lt;DIV class="actalk-migrated-content"&gt;&lt;T&gt;I'm having a hard time figuring out how to show the detail marker boundary (using the rounded rectangle marker polygon) at an angle.  It seems that if I rotate the tool, or stretch the boundary, or change the boundary to a polygon, that the "clipping path" always draws lines parallel with the original grid lines.  This also true if I rotate the plan view.  Anyone else experiencing this problem? &lt;BR /&gt;
