The Drawing Tool probably has an angle set in its rotation parameter.

You can change the rotation of them the same way, changing the parameter instead of manually rotating each one.

<T>Views being placed on Layout are all at a slight angle. I can manually correct this by rotating them, but this takes forever. What tool got set off angle?</T>

It can be worse. Sometimes objects on plans - including walls - are positioned not quite horizontally or vertically on the screen. It might only be out by a fraction of a degree because, for some reason, the standard 90 degree setting has slightly shifted. It is usually not enought to notice but is discovered later whan one tries to aline them with squarely drawn items or objects.
