You may have a corrupt font. or you may have to move your preferences out of your user library (that way you can put your worksapce backin later)

<T>Help!
Plotmaker crashes each and everytime I try to open a Layout Book (the one I NEED to print NOW). I get the attached message right before the eventual Bug Report. Same story with the backup copy. Worked fine yesterday and I've not chaged the location of the .PLN (which I am able to open)

Putting the STRESS in Stress Co.

Any Ideas?</T>

Make yourself a new user in accounts in system prefs. Try opening the file while logged into it. If it still doesnt work that will tell you that there is most likely a problem with the file rather than andything in the system (ie fonts). Before you do that move the graphisoft prefs file out off user> library>preferences and see if that fixes it.

Also try a new plotmaker file and import the old into the new. You might get lucky with that
Gd'day John:

I did just that and was able to read and print the book (well, almost all of it). I narrowed the problem down to one page in the layout book. It was one that I "broke the Link" to (not to be confused with ArchiLink, but he's probally broke in Tahiti ) Loading that single sheet causes PM to crash. Not sure why. I get the same error message.

Thanks and Cheers,
