Does anyone know how to make an index for the cover sheet? I would like for it to be be linked to layout numbers and names. Place a new layout, it would automatically be added to the index.

Can this be done?

Would it be possible to have a FAQ for questions like this that are asked every two weeks or so?

It is much easier to google something up than to go to the library and find the right book, right?

It is also easier to ask without looking for the answer first. And therefore multiple threads address the same problem.

There is a FAQ on the ArchiGuide, but seems like nobody uses it.
