You havent said what platform you are using. (tip put it in your signature).
but if Mac, print, click preview and export as a graphic to insert into page maker. use 200% scaling in the pagesetup so the resolution can be boosted in plotmaker.

<T>When I try to paste a multi-page Word document into PM, it often changes the Word formatting in the process. Most often this happens between pages; formatting within a page holds up okay. For example, when the last paragraph at the bottom of a page is numbered "5" in Word, the paragraph that follows it at the top of the next page will change to number "1" in PM instead of "6" as it was written in Word. Sometime the formatting will disappear completely and the paragraph will flush left without a number. Has anybody out there run into this problem and fixed it?</T>

Why are you trying to import enough text that it would wrap around a page? Ever use a specification manual?

Contractors hate to read. They hate to read really large blocks of text on a drawing sheet.

Really try to issue a specification manual along with the drawings. It is far easier to correct and edit in this format as well.

it is far easier to get the 8x11 pages into a fax machine to send out for pricing than a large sheet.
