You can rotate your view in plotmaker. Is that what you want?

look for the orientation settings in your 'Plot Setup...'

not 100% guaranteed though - those things seem to make up their own mind which way they come out sometimes . . .

Only if your printer/plotter driver supports it ... and be prepared to waste a ton of paper until you get it right if it does not, using the orientation buttons.
