<T>I am tearing my hair out here
A couple of window parts are refusing to show up in plotmaker.
Some points;
1) I am not on a network and all files/libraries are local
2) I have cleared all my caches
3) the windows show in the plotmaker elevations and other views generated in the CAD 3d
4) I reverted to a previous version of plotmaker/Archicad in deperation to no avail

Im resorting to creating a patch over the CAD plans.
Is this a bug or any clues what is going on?
thanks</T>

Are the drawings in PlotMaker linked directly from the PLN?

Perhaps BGArchiCAD has lost track of the library parts.

Hi Matthew- yes they are directly linked.
I also forgot to say that I created and imported a plotmaker file and the subborn windows were still missing.

It is odd that the 3d views generate the windows.

You might want to check to see if there is a parameter to turn the window off in 2D views. Many window objects have this, and it might have gotten checked by mistake.

The thing is only a couple of window types are affected and doors are fine, which kinda suggests the problem might be with the window part

Sounds like the only remaining possibility. Have you tried replacing them with a different window to test this?

Which library are they from? Are the walls they are in part of any SEOs?
