inactive output scale

Which could be the reason that the output scale in PlotMaker 8.1drawing attributes is inactiv ?

with archiCAD 8.1 you now have the option (back) to control scale, pens and layers within plotmaker, or have archiCAD's settings override you on each update.

It is active if it is Autotext placed in the Title or within the view in ArchiCAD. Yes, it would be good if you placed the Autotext in the titlebolck and, although it correctly shows 1:1 now, it could somehow read the scale of the placed drawings, and in the case of various scales says "as shown".

I cannt get it to say annyting else than 1:1
I place the <OUTPUTSCALE> autotext in a layout book but i cannt get to write anything else tha 1:1
Only if i create an auto text for a special drawing but this is not what i am looking for. I was expecting the autotext to read the scale and put it there..

What am i missing?

That is correct; the output scale of the layout book is 1:1

As I said - put it in the TITLE that is linked to a particular drawing. If it is in the title block, it is not linked to the drawing and references the overall scale of the layout book.
