Basically I was just wondering if theres a way to have publisher either delete the checksum after its checked against the PDF, or just not upload it at all... This really isn't an important problem by any means, but I'm obsessive about keeping tidy file folders, and it annoys me to have an xml file in a folder for construction PDFs...
