Help! Major Library Management Issues

We are doing our first guinea pig project in Archicad 9 (through Teamwork) and Plotmaker 9. We had several successful plots out of Plotmaker before we started encountering problems:

- Some drawings brought into Plotmaker are encountering library loading problems. It seems to be an issue where BG AC isn't able to find the libraries.
- Fonts are not registering on our floor plans. The same font appears correctly on the titleblock, but has been substituted in the floor plan.

It seems that these may be issues related to some confusion we have about the best way to manage libraries, in teamworks, over a server.

Any advice you could give would be MUCH appreciated!
