issues with managing/editing large volumes of text.

Does anyone else out there have difficulty editing large volumes of text?. Its practically impossible for me to have a specification sheet/section notes as part of my construction documentation. Performance drags to a halt esp when zooming in ...the closer you zoom in the slower it gets.

I tend to break-up larger text groups if I need the text edited in AC due to this problem. Especially if the text groups are paragraphs.

If you prefer to do all of your text editing in a word processor then you might try saving .PDFs of the text from the processor and placing the .PDFs as "Drawings" into AC.

I have 5 sheets of specification currently done in the Word to PDF to imported drawing method. It works a treat.
