S'funny - this used to happen to us with custom page sizes in OS 9 where no matter what we did in page setup the PDF always reverted to the default portrait-letter size set in Distiller.<BR /> <BR /> So I was searching for some "hidden" toggle like that... today I printed a similar PDF from another layout book without incident... crazy.
