Pen Sets

I have layout with the default Archicad 10 Pen Set (color). When placed on layouts they are still in color. When I publish to pdf they are still in color. How do I get the layouts to be the corresponding gray scale or black and white pen set - the one I assume Graphisoft had in mind - Like Archicad 10 Pen Set (documentation) - if such existed?

The Pen Set is applied the each view after it is placed on the layout. Select a placed view, open its settings menu, and you will see the Pen Set about habf-way down.

On the left the only one I see is the default Archicad 10 set (in color). On the right is the option to choose B&W, Gray or Color.

Which do I choose?
