Id numbering tool automatically.

Hello everyone, is there any tool in ArchiCad, help me to automatic numbering ID ArchiCAD elements according to the criteria that I choose.

For example:
-If i have 3 objects(chairs)for inventory and they have 3 different sizes/parameters. I want each object to have his own Id automatically without changing it manually in the list or schedule list.
-If ever two of the items(objects/walls/beams/etc.) will have the same sizes/parameters, Their Id will be the same and will update automatically.
