Is there a way to label a wall in a team work file if the wall is part of a mod file?
(If I label the walls in the mod file a lot of the labels will overlap with labels of other walls from other mod files)

unfortunately this does not work and you rely on coordinating where your labels live.

btw. we typically keep only internal walls, e.g. all walls inside an apartment in our mod files and all party walls in the main / master file where the apartment mods get referenced into… which assists with label placement and avoiding clashes.
