The Trace & Reference function is for visual comparison only and does not convey to the view nor print from the drawing on the layout. To do what you ask requires overlaying two drawings on the layout. It's easy to do and simpler in practice (IMHO) than adding Trace & Reference settings to the view definitions.

<T>In my floor plan I could put, for example, the first floor with the second floor with trace and reference, then save a view with those.

But how can I put this in a layout and then save a PDF and a DWG with the reference ?

Thanks in advance!</T>
