Archicad not keeping settings

I've found out that in AC12 the software don't keep the settings for layer combination or dimension style,etc between the view and the layout. No matter how many times you save it.

Also if you change some setting on the view, it doesn't keep it.

Any ideas will be appreciated.

Yes, it's kind of similar, but it happens with new dimensions style as well.
