Use the Figure Tool, when in the Figure Tool Open dialog box, set the Enable pop up to "All Files".

<T>Hi everyone,
I'm setting up a master layout for a project done in AC13.

I have a problem setting up auto text information.

In particular, I set my layout to show the scale of the drawings (plans, sections, elevations). The problem I have is that Archicad will also show the "scale" of photographs and other images...

How can I select what scale to show and what not to?

Thanks!

... this happens also if I insert a schedule on the layout. AC will show it to scale 1:1.

Select the drawing/image/photo, go to drawing selection settings (command + T on a mac), then title, and turn off the scale. Or select it to show not to scale.

Furthermore, you might want to read this post about how to insert external content and the difference between Figure & Drawing tool:
Wow, I cannot belive I worked with Archicad pretty much every day in the last two years and never used the Figure tool. Never crossed my mind either....

Thank you, this will help me get what I want.
Archicad will still show some weird scale numbers for that!

I have the exact same problem with a schedule I inserted in the layout.

If I enter an automatic text in the layout, Archicad will show all scale values related to actual drawings (1:100 and so on) plus a 1:1 scale that refers to the schedule. How do I get rid of that?

Thanks!
Select a drawing, right click and chose 'Set as autotext reference'. Until you change the reference designation, all autotext will refer to this placed instance of the view, i.e. the drawing selected.

The key point is to only select one drawing at a time.

It's still showing scale 1:100 and 1:1

Yes.

You need to place it in the layout.
