AC13 layouts behind drawings!

In AC12 you used to be able to set the master layout content as either in front or behind the drawings, it was in project preferences. That option no longer exists. Has it been moved or can you no longer do that?

Its crazy if it has been removed. I dont want to have to cut out my drawings around the layout information every time!

Thanks Rod, you know I looked at master layout settings but didnt see it!

It would be nice if they list all the changes/ alterations in the whats new section in thier docs.
