<DIV class="actalk-migrated-content">I'm having some difficulty getting the transparency setting in the 3d document settings to actually allow me to see transparency in the proper materials. Anyone else having this problem? Is there another support setting I'm missing? Thanks for the input!</DIV>

A material has to have Transmittance of 85% or more in order to be transparent in 3DD. And, you have to switch the Transparency on.
