Linework not printing

Here is a strange thing. I've got a diagram (see attached) comprising part of a Google view overlaid with some text (A, B and C) and some arrow lines and circles the same colour as text. They have been drawn on the layout sheet. When I print it in colour on A3, the text prints but the lines almost don't. They are thin and virtually invisible. My Printer is Epson WF-7520.

Any ideas?

My guess would be that the pen hasn't got a thickness set up in the penset used for the view on the layout.
