Cut lines do not appear

Help. In the floorplans cutting insert appears normally, but the layouts rows are deleted. I checked if there was some invisible layer, but everything is visible. Any suggestions?

Select the problematic Drawing on the Layout, right-click and select Open Source View from the context menu.
It will take you to the state of the Floor Plan based on which that Drawing is generated on the Layout. See if the Section Line is displayed.
I suspect it will not be displayed, in which case you must modify the Layer Settings of the Source View of the Drawing on the Layout so that the Layer of the Section Line is visible in it.

The problem was solved by accident.
What I did:
1. After reviewing all the settings several times, until you drop, and no fault, I copied the tool with regard to the properties like cut lines;
2. Drew new lines near existing;
3. I noticed that the new, with the same properties appear in Layout while not unique;
4. I deleted the rows with problems and repositioned in the correct place new copies of the above.
Problem solved, the work delivered. Thankful for the answer to my problem.

Then maybe something was corrupted in the file.
