topic IE markers in AC13 not individually editable in Documentation

<T>Tried to search out an answer but unable to find anything. When I create a multi sided elevation string using Polygonal method, and individual markers for each elevation.... once they are placed and I want to adjust the location of the referenced #layId layout id for one, it will move all layout id's in the group proportional in distance and direction of the one I wanted to move. I need the ability to adjust each individually in order to keep the document set clean.

am I missing something?

I would rather not resort to individual elevation for every elevation, as the grouping of elevation in the project map is a nice method of keeping track of rooms and areas.</T>

You can move/drag your individual elevation views anywhere you like in the project map

You need to select the elevation line and not the extent of the polygon.
Then you should have an option in the pet palette to move the marker when you try to drag a hotspot.
I guess my question was not worded clearly. I definitely understand that views can be moved around in the project map. I understand how to grab the tag, not the line to edit location of the text of the tag....BUT. when you move one text of one tag in a series.... they ALL move a corresponding distance.

if you move the tag location the individual tag moves. but if you try to move the text in relation to the tag... they all move

they are not individually editable.

I see what you mean.
You can move the marker but not the text in the marker.
I would say it is a bug - maybe something in the script for the marker that could be fixed up if you knew what to look for.

Personally I still use individual sections for internal room elevations.
Internal elevations don't work well in all situations.
