my project i am doing at is done in mm, but if i have a wall at 80mm it shows the dimension at 0.080, is there a way to change this? and show the dimensions in mm instead of m?

You need to change the dimension preferences, you can do this by going to

Options > Project Preference > Dimensions.you can just select "Plain Millimeters" from the Standard drop down.
