Now that I look closer it seems that its showing duplicate window tags only on the Second Floor Plan. I changed the Floor Plan Cut Pane Setting in the view settings and this has seemed to fix the issue. I've had to manually redraw some low roofs that you would see below, but at least I won't have to manually redo all my window tags.
