In addition to the above suggestions, there is a command for hiding the Master Layout on Layouts, from the Help:

You can choose to hide the on-screen display of Master elements on all Layouts by turning off View > On-Screen View Options > Master Items on Layout

You should add a Signature to your Profile (click the Profile button near the top of this page) with your ArchiCAD version and operating system (see mine for an example) for more accurate help in this forum.

<T>Title block in layout disappears. It's in Master layout. Anything I newly draw in Master LAyout just does not appear in layout sheet. Any ideas?</T>

Only thing I can suggest is making sure everything is on the Archicad layer

Another cause could be Work Environment > User Preference Schemes > On-Screen Options > Use uniform colour for master items on Layouts, being set for white.
Had that little gem happen here yesterday!

Also select the MASTERS folder in the layout section of the Navigator and "Update" it - right click or green update button.
I have found sometimes the masters don't update and the titleblocks in there don't show on the layouts or in the PDFs.
Updating the masters fixes that.
Thanks everyone,
On screen View options solved the problem.
Apparently "Master items " got unchecked by itself.
