Layout ID not updating in AC15 teamwork - Bug?

Unless things have changed from AC14, it seems like a bug in AC15.

We've migrated an AC14 teamwork project to AC15. In the past, we would manually change the layout ID to reflect a new revision or drawing number, eg ROS-PLN-01 /rev1. We then began noticing that our revision numbers were not correct even when we were certain we had changed it. Initially we though it to be human error. After looking into it, we noticed the following:

If we update the layout ID on the side of the layout in the [Navigator-Layout book] it does not reflect with the rest of the team members when we do a send/receive. This was not the case in Ac14.

However if we change the layout ID in the [layout settings] pallete, then it does reflect when everyone does there send/receive.

Although we've managed to find a workaround, there seems to be a problem somewhere.

We are also experiencing the same bug - we append a revision number to the layout number and they are all stuck at a previous issue. It was working OK in 14, trying to track back via issue dates to match this problem to a specific build of 15.

The change (to layout number) only seems stick for the user that made the change in their current session. It does not appear for others through a Send & Receive, and if that user saves, closes and reopens (without receiving changes on open) the layout number has reverted.
