No need.
When you change the text to custom text there is an option for "Measured value" and "Start/end superscript".

Actually you can just use the ... ^ ... symbol on your keyboard.

<T>Just upgraded to AC14 and I see that the dimensions input method has changed. Before it was possible to add a "m" super script in the custom dimensions dialoge box, now I dont see a way to do it. Is it still possible?

Is there way to add the "m" super scrit to end of dimension values automaticly?</T>

You add it now in the Custom Text field. You will need to check the shortcut keys for your OS to make it superscript.

Thanks for the replies guys.
Great they added more functionality to dimensions, but a shame that they changed the input method,

Shame there isnt an option to add a global superscript
