They either will not print to the dwf if they are resized. Even if you resize them in another program and bring them in. I have placed them in the title block and I have dragged a copy the same size and another copy the size that I need. Both copies that are far to big will show up in the dwf but not anything that has been resized. They are there in the dwf files if you zoom in but not at full size.
