Only associative dimension problem

Hi to all!
I have a problem with AC 12. I can´t change to static dimension.
Never the static box option is enabled!
Thankfully for any guide.

Not sure I understand your question, but you might try:
Select just the dimension text only.
Select "Custom" in the dimension Text Settings dialog and set the number you want.

Thanks for your response,
I will try to explain:
When i have a multiple dimension par example for distance of walls windows, doors etc and then i modify the dimension of a wall automatically the other dimension change! this is by default
but
when i dont want that the original dimension change i select the dimension
go to configuration box and try to change to static dimension properties
but the box is not enabled !!!!!!
i cant change to static always is disabled this option and i dont know how
enable it in archicad 12.

to make a dimension static you must select the dimension line and open the dialogue NOT the dimension text.
Much better to get the building right then you won't have to make them static.

Of course, the problem is on dialogue box enable disable option.
It is not highlight never.
And by default i work with automathic but in one particular case i need this other.

Your screenshot shows the text of the dimension selected not the dimension line. It is the line selection which allows access to the dialogue with the static check box option.

Yes, it is Dimension selecting settings
but i repeat
the Static Dimension box always is disabled

I suppose there must be something in the configuration that the blocks but do not know where.
