Adjusting Dimension Leader Line Length

What the heck is going on in AC17? Am I the only one that can't adjust leader line lengths as we always have by click-dragging the node while the dimension tool is active? The online Help describes the method the same as always.

No you can't just drag the node any more.
You must select the node but then drag the dimension line (using the pet palette option for the witness line).
