import image - jpeg. rotation angle resets between views

Hi,

I've imported a Jpeg aerial photo and rotated it in plan. Problem is when I return to the storey that I placed it on, it has reverted back to 0° rotation and I can't seem to find a way to lock it's rotation, not that I've ever had this problem before...
Anyone know what I can do to lock it in?

Have you placed the image using the Drawing or Picture tool? Or just dragged and dropped?

Placed it with 'File...external content...place external drawing'. It seems to be staying put today though, so must have been a temporary glitch...?
Will repost if it recurs.
