Can't Printing from Archicad

when I click on the print button in Archicad 15 or 16, something Error window appear with text : No printer has been selected. Please use the Settings/Printers command from the start menu to add or select a printer.

The printer is installed correctly. I also checked printer spooler in Services.msc - it's started.
In the other programs (for ex: Microsoft word, AutoCAD and others...) printer is working.
please help me to fix this problem

i think my problem is fixed

the file i was working on was a DWG opened in Archicad, i had the printing problem with this pln file
i created a new PLN blank file, then copied the content of the first problematic file in it

try also to go to "control panel/hardware and sound/devices and printers", right click on your printer and select "set as default printer"
