topic User error or corrupt dimensioning? in Documentation

<T>I have one file that developed a situation where I can't dimension property. It is an issue as I modify plns all the time so I need a clean workable file. If I try to dimension a wall it only dimensions to exactly where I click.. not the core, or with proper witness lines. If I move a window/door the dimension will not follow. No association. I noticed the "Dimension only the Core of Walls and Slabs" is dimmed and can not be altered. I tried opening the pln under "repair" and it want do anything... "can't read file" is the message?????

Any suggestions short of attempting copying the entire file into a clean new pln and rebuild all the stuff I would have to ... ugggg.

Something has caused the dimming of the dimension core only, but I don't know what that might be?

thanks</T>
